Gunung Slamat is one of the largest beverage companies in Indonesia. Established in 1953 by Sosrodjojo family, it specializes in the food and beverage industry. Jasmine tea is the main product of the company. Aside from the jasmine tea, Gunung Slamat also produces black tea and green tea in teabags and loose tea packs.

PT Gunung Slamat had 2 key challenges to solve.

The first was modernizing manual staff administrative processes that had become slow and inefficient. This included processes like approvals, surveys and attendance, especially for staff in the field.

The second was streamlining an existing collaboration tech stack that included siloed apps like WhatsApp, Microsoft Office and generic email to allow for more streamlined communication between teams.
