360 Performance Review is A performance review is a periodic assessment of an employee's overall performance and their contribution to the organisation. It entails identifying employee strengths and weaknesses, setting future goals and sharing feedback, This template implements a 360 degree feedback system, where we will have several reviews in this process: Self Review, Direct Manager Review, In Direct Manager Review, Peers Review and Upward review.
This template is used by companies that do not yet have an assessment for employees. Each parameter of the questions that will be submitted as assessment material can be adjusted to the value of each goal and strategy in the company.
