Having trouble co-editing documents during meetings? Magic Share supports multi-user collaboration, real-time commenting, and content editing in meetings.
Just click on the Share content button, and choose Magic Share to share Docs and co-edit with your team.
Need subtitles? Click on the ... icon at the bottom and then click Turn subtitles on. During the meeting, you can view subtitle history at anytime to keep up.

Pin multiple chats to QuickSwitcher
Need to save important and frequently-used chats? Simply right click on chats you want to pin and choose Pin to QuickSwitcher. Pinned chats will appear at the top and occupy very little space of the screen.
Pin messages in chats
Important messages, such as announcements, deadlines, or anything else that matters, can be pinned in chats as a reminder for future reference.
Bothered by chats' messages? Choose Mute notifications and move to Chat Box to get rid of these notifications.

To reduce repeated event notifications, you can create a company's public calendar for public holidays, special events, important training sessions, etc. Team members can learn more by subscribing to calendars.
Allow our system to categorize your emails based on priority. Enable the Smart Inbox feature in Email Settings and your emails will automatically be categorized as Priority or Other.
