- •Founder: the first one to create the team.
- •Super administrator: who can manage all data and resources in Lark Admin. The company administrator can also grant permissions to other users to take control of different levels of company data.
Set administrators
Note: Please complete the actions on desktop. Administrators can go to www.larksuite.com/admin to enter the Admin console directly.
Who can become an administrator
- •The first one to create the team will automatically become a super administrator and with a tag - "Founder".
- •Everyone can become an administrator.
How to set an administrator
- •Go to Lark Admin.
- •Select Settings - Administrator Permissions.
- •Choose Administrator, and click Add Administrator.
- •Input a member's name, email, or phone number to add the member as an administrator.
How to delete an administrator
If a user's admin role is no longer needed:
- •Go to Lark Admin Console
- •Select Settings - Administrator Permissions.
- •Find the name under Administrators and Delete.
Note: Founders can not be deleted.
Transfer the Founder tag
If the founder is leaving the team or wishes to transfer the role to others:
2. Click Transfer, and input name to make the transfer.
