While you arent using Lark, you may not be able to receive notifications and new messages on time. You can manage permission to allow background operation and enable Lark to push notifications.
Enable Auto Startup and Add Lark to the Whitelist
1. Smartisan
- •Allow automatic Lark startup
Tap Settings - App Management - Application Management, find the Lark app, and allow the system to start the app automatically in Permission Management.
- •Set persistent connection
Tap Phone Management - Battery Saver - Detailed Settings, find the Lark app, and set to persistent connection.
2. Xiaomi
- •Allow automatic Lark startup
Tap Phone Management - Permission Management - Auto Startup Management, find the Lark app, and allow the system to start the app automatically in Permission Management.
3. VIVO
- •Enable automatic Lark startup
Tap iManager - Software Management - Auto Startup Management, find the Lark app, and set the switch to Enabled.
- •Add to whitelist
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen or long-press Home to go to the multi-tasking page. Find the Lark app, long-press the Lark icon, and tap Add to Whitelist.
4. Lenovo
- •Allow automatic Lark startup
Tap Settings - Apps, find the Lark app, and go to the app information tab. Then, tap Permissions - All Permissions - Other App Functions, and set boot option to allow the app to automatically start when the phone is turned on.
5. Samsung
- •Enable auto run
Tap Smart Manager - App Management - Auto Startup Apps, find the Lark app, and set the switch to Enabled.
- •Lock Lark on multi-tasking interface
Tap the function button at the bottom-left corner of the phone, find the Lark app, and tap More - Lock - Done.
6. ZTE/Nubia
- •Add to power consumption protection whitelist
Tap App Manager - Power Saver and tap the gear button to go to power saving settings. Open the Power Consumption Protection Whitelist and add Lark to the list.
- •Add to background protection whitelist
Tap App Manager - Power Saver, and tap the gear button to go to power saving settings. Open the Background Protection Whitelist and add Lark to the list.
- •Enable automatic Lark startup
Tap Phone Manager - Permission Management - Auto Startup Management, find the Lark app, and set the switch to Enabled.
- •Lock Lark on multi-tasking interface
Swipe up from the bottom left corner of your screen to open the multi-tasking interface and drag the screen from the top to the bottom to lock Lark.
7. OPPO
- •Add to clean background whitelist
Tap Settings - General - Battery and Storage - Battery Management and tap the gear button in the top right corner to go to battery saver settings. In the Clean Background Whitelist Settings, find Lark and set it to Enabled.
- •Allow auto run upon startup
Tap Security Center - Permissions and Privacy - Auto Startup Management, find the Lark app, and set the switch to Enabled.
- •Lock Lark on multi-tasking interface
Press and hold Home, find the Lark app, and drag it down to lock.
