Smarter request forms
1. Display relevant and useful content
Save time by filling out a smart request form to reduce irrelevant content, the forms are displayed according to what have been entered, so that the users can only see the fields related to themselves.
Use case: You are submitting a procurement request. When you select "Mailing" for ”Delivery Method”, then the field of mailing address will be displayed. You will not see any information on the mailing address if you select "Pickup" option.
2. Get sync from other systems automatically
Data from other systems such as Sales Management System, HR System can be set as a single or multiple-select option in an approval request. Say goodbye to update repeatedly.
Use case: Sync the customer list and configure it in the Approval app, and the customers will be shown as an option in the request form. This allows the sales to select the customer they are following when submitting the approval.
Flexible procedures make approval flow easily with doubled efficiency
1. Add, remove an approver, or go back to the previous approval step
Added options of removing an approver and going back to the last step. The approver can add other approvers to the approval flow, avoiding a single-person decision; users can go back to a specific approval step to re-do their action, reducing unnecessary and repetitive efforts.
Use case: You are requesting a reimbursement with a relatively large amount, so you add your direct manager to the approval flow; when the approval request goes to the CEO, the CEO finds a mistake from your direct manager. The CEO can simply go back to the approval step of your direct manager, ask you to re-approve, and restart the approval process.
2. Automatic approval or rejection
When the request meets certain requirements, it can be automatically approved or rejected without manual actions.
Use case: when a regular employee is requesting a reimbursement of over 10,000 RMB, the system can automatically reject the request at the approval step of the employee's direct manager; when a first-tier or second-tier department supervisor is requesting a reimbursement of less than 500 RMB, the system can automatically approve the request at the approval step of the CEO.
