How do we deal with pending applications by employees who have left the company?
When the resigned employee is the initiator of an application
After the administrator has handled the separation procedure, the system will automatically send a notification to the direct leader of the resigned employee. In cases where the direct leader has left the company, the system will automatically notify whoever that is in charge of the process.
When the resigned employee is the approver
After the administrator has handled the separation procedure, the process will be automatically referred to the direct leader of the resigned employee. In cases where the direct leader has left the company, the system will automatically turn the process over to the employee's skip-level.
