A: With macOS 10.15, Apple introduced new security and privacy features for your Mac. In order to capture screenshot with Lark, you have to grant it Screen Recording permission.

A: In order to capture screenshots with Lark, you have to grant it access to the Screen Recording permission.
If you capture screenshot with Lark for the first time, you will see a pop-up window. Click Open System Preferences and allow Lark to access the Screen Recording permission.
If you click Deny or ignore the dialog, you should grant it access manually.
Q: How to grant Lark Screen Recording permission manually?
A:
1. Choose System Preferences - Security & Privacy - Privacy.
2. Open the Privacy tab and select Screen Recording. Check Lark if it is not checked.
3. Click Quit Now in the popped-out window.
