- 1.Attendance Group Settings
On the Attendance Admin, go to the Attendance Group Settings page and click Add attendance group or Edit an existing attendance group.
- 2.Enable Offsite Attendance
In the Attendance Settings area, enable Allow to clock in/out offsite to enable the offsite attendance function.
- 3.How Employees Clock In/Out
When employees work from home or at remote sites, they simply click Offsite to clock in/out. The system will automatically record the location of the employee.

Q: The employee does not have a fixed work place. I turned on the offsite attendance clock-in/out, but I got an error "Please enter the information for the attendance GPS" when submitting. What should I do?
A: You can create a new attendance location, and turn on the "Allow to clock in/out offiste" switch. In this way, employees can clock in/out offsite, and the system will automatically record the location.
