When a company's remaining cloud storage space runs low, administrators can purchase a cloud storage package in Admin and add it to the company's storage space within 12 months.
- 1.Select a service
Go to > Billing > Value-added Services > Purchase Now. Select your storage package, check the service agreement box, and click Place Order.
- 2.Pay for the order
Add or select a payment method and click Pay Now.
Note: The storage package purchased is available once payment is made, and will be valid for 12 months. When a package expires, you can place a new order to renew it.
