If you are an employee and are not in any attendance group yet, you can try the following methods to solve your problem.
- 1.Join an attendance group
Contact your administrator or attendance manager to check if you've been added to an attendance group.
- 2.Wait for data synchronization
If you confirm that you have an attendance group, but the Attendance page still shows No Group and you cannot clock in, it may be because:
- •You are a new employee. New employees cannot clock in on their first working day.
- •Some changes have occurred in your department recently. These changes need to be synced. You may not be able to clock in during this syncing period.
The above synchronization should usually last no more than 1 day. You can open the Attendance app on the next day to try it again.
If the Attendance page still shows No Group and you cannot clock in for more than one day, you can click on your profile picture to report an issue through Contact Support. We will solve your problem as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
