If you clock in or out by mistake, you can solve this problem through the following methods.
If you clock out early by mistake
If you clock out early by mistake, it will be recorded as Early Clock-out or No Record.
Tap Update on the right side of your Attendance record card and then tap Confirm to update the clock-out time to your current time.
If you are within the specified attendance area or connected to the specified Wi-Fi, you can update the clock-out time to your current time.
If you clock in outside of your attendance location range by mistake
If you clock in outside of your specified location range by mistake, it will be recorded as Offsite Clock-in.
Tap Update on the right side of your Attendance record card to update when you've arrived at your company. Then, the attendance record will be updated to your current time and location.
Note: Please try to update your attendance record when you meet the requirements (e.g., within the specified time range, within the specified location range, or using the specified Wi-Fi connection) to avoid unsuccessful attempts to update your attendance record.
