In order to ensure the security of internal company documents, admins can go to Settings - Security Strategy to configure external sharing settings, set default access permissions, and enable or disable watermarks.
Records of all operations admins perform on Admin are saved. You can go to Admin Log to quickly view setting times, admin names, operation types, and other event details.
1. Document Security Settings
Select Settings - Security Strategy and click Docs Security Settings.
The Sharing docs outside the organization options allow admins to permit or prohibit employees from sharing documents outside the company. You can also set the New Docs default access permissions.
2. Watermark Settings
Select Settings - Security Strategy and click Watermark Settings.
On the Watermark Settings page, admins can Turn on the watermark or Turn off the watermark. When watermarks are enabled, a watermark is displayed on the Lark app and Lark Docs.
Click Company Settings - Admin Log to quickly find the information you need in the list of log records.
In addition, if you need to save the operation records locally, click Export to save the log to your local device.
👏 Congratulations, you now know how to use the security features on Admin. Go get started!
