If you get to and off work as usual, but your attendance record isn't right (e.g., Late Clock-in, No Record), you can request to correct your attendance record through the following 3 ways.
Note: You can only request corrections after administrators have enabled the Allow corrections option. Go to the Attendance homepage and click Attendance rules at the top to view the correction rules.
Through the Attendance page
Go to the Attendance page, tap Correction on the right side of the record, fill in the reason and submit.
Apart from submitting a correction for the current day, you can also request a correction for previous records at the upper left corner of the Attendance page.
Through the Request page
Go to the Request page, tap Correction, fill in the reason and submit.
Through the Statistics page
Go to the Statistics page (The option on the upper left corner needs to be switched to personal statistics), you can select the date you need to modify and then request a correction. Tap Correction on the record below, fill in the reason and submit.
- 1.Your correction request will be sent to the administrators or attendance manager for approval. Once your request is approved, the attendance record will be changed accordingly.
- 2.If you clock out early before the specified work time, you don't have to make a correction request. You only need to update the attendance record.
- 3.If you clock in or out correctly, you don't have to update the attendance record or request a correction.
