My phone number or email address is correct. Why can't I receive SMS or email verification code?
- •Whether you've run out of credit on your cell phone.
- •Whether your inbox is full. If yes, please delete some messages or emails.
- •Whether your security app on mobile has intercepted SMS. If yes, please temporarily turn off the app and request a verification code again.
- •Whether your verification code email has been misjudged as spam. Please check your emails in Spam and Trash. It's recommended to add the domain @service.larksuite.com into your allowlist so that you can directly receive the verification code email sent by Lark.
