This article explains how to add super administrators for your organization on mobile app.
Note: only super administrators can perform this action.
You can use the app "Admin" in the Workplace on Lark mobile app to manage the Admin console in the same way as you do on the desktop app.
Open Lark mobile app, and search "Admin" in Workplace. Go to Set Administrator to start editing the list of super administrators.
1. Add super administrator
Click Super Administrator on the bottom right corner to enter the Select Members page. You can directly search member names or select members according to departments. Click on the names to finish adding and return to the super administrators list.
2. Edit super administrator
Click Edit on the top right corner on the Set Administrator page to start editing the current list of super administrators. You can also delete existing super administrators.
3. Transfer founder identity
If you are the team founder, you can transfer this identity on the same page. Click Transfer and complete the identity verification. Click on the name to transfer the founder identity.
Note: once transferred, if the ex-founder is also an administrator, he will be directed back to the Set Administrator page; if not, he will receive a notice about the deprivation of his permissions.
4. Add administrator
Click Administrator on the bottom left corner on the Set Administrator page.
