Q: How can I invite others to an event?
A: There are two methods:
Method 1: When editing an event, enter names of contacts or groups and add them to the event. You can also mark them as optional if they don't necessarily have to join.
Method 2: Share the event to the contacts or groups you like to invite, and they can join the event via event card with click.
Q: Why didn't I get a notification when one of the participants declined my event?
A: The system defaults to not sending notifications after your invitation is declined, but you can adjust it. Click on your profile photo, select Settings - Calendar Settings. Alternatively, go to Calendar, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner, and enable Notify me when someone declined my invitation.
Q: How can I create a meeting event in a chat?
A: the steps below:
1. Click the View Calendar icon on the right sidebar of a private or group chat.
2. Select the group member whose calendar youd like to view by clicking the Select member icon.
3. Find the most suitable time for you all and click on the blank area to create an event.
4. Click the event to edit, and itll appear on the participants' calendar.
Q: In what kind of group chat can I create an event?
A: Currently this feature ist supported in external groups, customer service groups, or large groups with more than 1000 members.
