The host of a video meeting can set joining permissions to place restrictions on who can join the meeting.

Note: The minimum version required is V3.24 on Desktop app and V3.24 on Mobile.
II. Set joining permissions
Only the host can set joining permissions. Joining permissions will also affect participants' ability to invite others to the meeting by directly calling them. Currently, four options are available:
- •Only people from the organizer's company can join.
- •Only selected contacts and groups can join.
- •Only people invited by the host can join.
Desktop app
- •The host can click Host controls to set joining permissions.
- •Regardless of which option is chosen, the host is always able to invite others to the meeting by directly calling them.
Anyone can join
- •If the host selects Anyone can join, anyone can join the meeting.
Only people from the organizer's company can join
- •If the host selects Only people from the organizer's company can join, only people from the meeting organizer's company can join or invite others from the same company to the meeting by directly calling them.
Only selected contacts and groups can join
- •If the host selects Only selected contacts and groups can join, they can then select which contacts and groups are allowed to join the meeting.
Only people invited by the host can join
- •If the host selects Only people invited by the host can join, only the host will be able to invite others to the meeting by directly calling them.
Mobile
- •The host can tap on More - Joining permissions to set joining permissions.
- •Regardless of which option is chosen, the host is always able to invite others to the meeting by directly calling them.
Anyone can join
- •If the host selects Anyone can join, anyone can join the meeting.
Only people from the organizer's company can join
- •If the host selects Only people from the organizer's company can join, only people from the meeting organizer's company can join or invite others from the same company to the meeting by directly calling them.
Only selected contacts and groups can join
- •If the host selects Only selected contacts and groups can join, they can then select which contacts and groups are allowed to join the meeting.
Only people invited by the host can join
- •If the host selects Only people invited by the host can join, only the host will be able to invite others to the meeting by directly calling them.

Q: If the host changes, what happens to joining permissions?
A: If the host changes, joining permissions will remain unchanged, but the new host can make changes to this setting.
Q: If I select "Only selected contacts and groups can join," can I select multiple contacts and groups?
A: Yes, multiple contacts and groups can be selected.
Q: Do joining permissions apply to people who are already in the meeting?
A: No, people who are already in the meeting will not be affected.
