In Lark Admin, administrators can set whether an information field of employees' business cards is visible to other users, and which users can view the visible fields, to help optimize the permission management over employees in the organization.
Go to Lark Admin > Security > User Permissions, and click Field Visible Scope On User's Profile.
Click the Edit button following a field to configure the visible scope of this field.
You can select “Visible to all”, “Visible to department” or “Visible to none”, or customize your own rules as needed. Click the drop-down button beside the Edit button to view the current visible scope of the field.
In Supplementary rules, you can configure whether a specific user can view a specific field.
You can also configure the visible scope of the mobile number field. You have three options, of which Specified viewing rule does not impose a limit on the number of views as the Limit mobile number views option does.
👏 Congratulations! You now know how to manage the visible scope of business card fields. Give it a try now.
