This article describes how to view the data of calls and meetings of users in your organization in the admin site.
Note: This feature is only available to super administrators and the administrators who have the permission for calls and meetings.
I. Function Overview
Administrators can view ongoing or ended audio or video meetings in the Calls and Meetings menu of , and the information of meeting participants as well.
- 1.View live meetings
In Lark Admin, choose Calls and Meetings > Monitoring > Live meetings. You can view the meeting IDs, organizers, start time, and other information of these meetings in the form.
- 2.View past meetings
In Lark Admin, choose Calls and Meetings > Monitoring > Past meetings. You can view the meeting history and filter the data by custom time range or meeting organizer.
- 3.View meeting details
You can click a meeting in the list to enter the meeting details page. On this page, you can view the basic information and participant details of the meeting. Specifically, the participant details provide in sequence the basic information of the devices and software versions used by all participants, the participants’ attendance time, and their reasons for leaving the meeting.
