I. Overview
When it's necessary to forward the approval requests to others for discussion or Buzz, you can use the forwarding to chat feature. The approval request can be sent to private chats or group chats. The users who received messages can view the request and leave a comment.
To avoid disclosure of confidential information during the approval process, the administrator can set the approval request that it can only be forwarded to relevant users in Approval Admin. After setting, the approval request can only be forwarded to the requester, the approver, and cc'ed users.
II. Procedures
- 1.Administrators can go to the Approval Admin, enter More Settings page through editing existing approval requests or creating new approval requests.
- 2.Select Can only be forwarded to relevant users and click Publish to complete the setting.
- 3.When users forward the request, they will be notified that it can only be forwarded to relevant users.
