TodoNow is an efficient task collaboration and project management tool.

- 2.Task
Tasks are the basic unit of work. You can record daily work as a task and assign to colleagues, collaborate with them by sending task comments.

- •add assignee, assign work to team member

- •add sublist, to complete a task in group
- •add reviewer, important work need double check
- •add deliverables, assignee uploads files of task execution results.
Assignee clicks the task complete button to close the task, if there are reviewers for the task, task will be completed after reviewers' approval.

Two types of project provided to meet different needs.
Collaborative project
Cooperative project is easy to use. Project manager uses the mindmap page to quickly breakdown project tasks and assign tasks to team members,
uses Gantt chart page to schedule task due date.
Project team members collaborate by update task progress.
Project collaboration can save project manager's time on planning, communication.
PMP Project
PMP project is developed base on PMP methodology, suit for strict project management.
