First, you need to set SSO login for Lark and activate features as needed to introduce apps and software for your company. You can also add your company's own apps through Lark Open Platform and set security policies for your company. Detailed procedure can be found as follows:

- •Configure feature settings
Lark Admin has a specialized area for feature management where you can activate Lark email accounts, manage the help desk, set features related to video meetings, create an all-staff calendar and perform other actions.
- •Import employee information via API
You can add custom fields to enrich employee information, and batch retrieve employee information via the contacts API of Lark Open Platform. Once the Allow to invoke by Open Platform’s Contacts API option is enabled, developers can call the API to query, add or modify members' custom info.
- •Configure Workplace settings
As an administrator, you can go to Lark Admin - Workplace to get a great variety of official apps and third-party apps for your company, and configure apps' availability and the recommended sorting orders in Lark Workplace. If your company has development capacity, you can also create your own apps on Lark Open Platform. After the apps pass the review of Lark Admin, they can then be available to your employees.

As an administrator, you can go to Lark Admin - Settings - In-App Navigation Bar to adjust the app sorting order in the navigation bar as you prefer. You can also add your company's own apps to create a more personalized user experience.

Information security is a top concern in company operations. Lark offers multiple security policies to prevent confidential information leakage and safeguard your data security. For example, Lark adds a watermark to each feature page to make everything traceable. Lark also has a file sharing permission mechanism for you to enable or disable permissions as needed.

Any action performed by any administrator in Lark Admin is recorded in Lark Admin - Security - Admin Log. The log can be exported and archived for tracking purposes, ensuring security of Lark Admin.
- •Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)
Lark supports login using your company's own account system. This feature is under test. If you want to have a try, click Customer Service below to activate the feature. After this feature is activated, your company's super administrator should complete the SSO configuration in Lark Admin before your team members can use SSO login.
