If you set a reminder in Bitable, the system will automatically send a reminder to the relevant person at predetermined times. The "reminder" feature can only be used in the Date column.

- 3.In the Date column, double-click the cell where you want to set a reminder and select a date.
- 4.On the date panel, turn on the reminder switch.
- 5.Choose how long before a deadline you would like to be reminded. For example, 30 minutes.
- 6.Search and select the person to be reminded of this deadline.
How to remind more people?
Click the Edit button, search and select more people, and then click the OK button. The system reminds these people at a specified date and time.
How to delete a reminder?
Click the Edit button, click the delete button next to the person's name and click OK.
How to remind someone in a cell?
To remind people in a cell, click the Edit button, select the people in a cell to be reminded, select the person and click OK.

How to delete a person?
Click the Edit button, on the name list, uncheck the name, and then click OK.

Q: Who can I remind?
A: You can remind all your contacts.
Q: Where will the person who was reminded receive the reminder?
A: The person will receive a reminder from the "Doc Assistant" Bot.
Q: The reminder cannot be used, what can I do?
A: To use reminder, you need to set the column type as Date.
Q: How to set the column type as Date?
A: Right-click on any list title, set the column type as Date, change the date format if needed, and click OK.
Q: How to set the column type as Person?
A: Right-click on a list title, select Person in the column type. You can add more than one person if needed, and click OK.
Q: How long before a deadline can I choose to set a reminder?
A: In chronological order, the options are:

- •2 days before (9: 00 AM)
- •1 day before (9: 00 AM)
