Q: How can I ensure the proper functioning of Lark on a company intranet?
A:
If you try to log in to Lark on a company intranet or after you switch from a 4G network to the intranet, the login may fail because of the intranet restrictions. Currently Lark PC client provides a proxy mode to ensure your smooth access to Lark on an intranet.
Procedure:
Go to Lark PC client, click Network Setting in the lower-left corner, and select the proxy type to configure the proxy. After the configuration is completed, you will be able to access Lark.
Method 1: Select System Proxy, and click Confirm. The current browser proxy settings will be automatically synced.
Method 2: Select HTTP Proxy, and enter the address, port, user name, and password, and click Confirm to manually configure the proxy.
