If your company firewall forbids UDP and TCP port communication, which impacts the usage of Lark Meetings, you have two solutions to this problem:
- 1.Configure a whitelist on the egress firewall. For details, see Which domains and IP addresses need to be whitelisted for Lark?
- 2.If you use a proxy, configure the following three items:
- a.Signaling proxy service:
- i.Configure the service in Lark. For details, see Configure Network Proxy Mode.
- b.Media proxy service:
- i.Configure the media proxy through , as shown in the figure below.
Note: In upcoming versions, you can add PC client proxy configuration on the Suite page.
c. Check your company’s firewall configuration.
