Manage enterprise file security and prohibit some members from accessing and downloading certain files, uploading into cloud space, generating copies of Docs, and sharing with external parties.

- 1.On your desktop, open and click Security > User Permissions > File Permissions.
- 2.Click Edit to select type of restriction and choose restricted members. You can select multiple restrictions and choose up to 200 members, departments or groups.

Who can set file permissions？
Only super administrators of your company can set file permissions.
How do I restrict certain permissions for members across departments?
Create a user group first, and then add selected members to the user group. You can then select the user group when choosing restricted members. Check out to learn more.
How will members be notified after permissions are set?
Members will be notified once they try to perform actions beyond their permissions.
