Administrators can temporarily suspend a meeting room due to repair work or special events. Members won't be able to book the room during the time it's suspended, and those who have booked the room will be notified.
Suspend meeting rooms
- 1.In Admin, click Meeting Rooms in the left navigation bar.
- 2.Check the meeting room you want to suspend, click on ⋮ and select Disable.
- 3.Set the Time period you want to suspend the room, and leave the contact details of the person in charge. To send notifications to members who have already booked the room, check the Send notifications to users who reserved the meeting room box, and click Confirm.
Tips: To suspend multiple meeting rooms, check the meeting rooms, click Disable in the top menu bar, and follow the same procedures.
Reactivate a suspended meeting room
To manually grant access to a suspended meeting room before the suspension period is over, check the meeting room to reactivate, click on ⋮ > Enable > Confirm.
To grant access to multiple suspended meeting rooms, check the meeting rooms to reactivate, click Enable at the top, and click Confirm.
