Domain administrator account
To log in to the domain service provider website and adjust DNS configuration.
Original email administrator account
To adjust original email settings if needed.
Password for original email account of any member
To connect to IMAP service for email migration.
Member email address list
To create email addresses for members.
Note: Each email address created must be linked to the member's phone number.

III. Email migration
After creating and setting up members' email addresses, follow the procedures below to complete email migration.
Note: Public mailboxes can't be migrated currently.
IV. Assign email addresses and notify members to migrate
Once domain verification is completed, configure the original email addresses on Lark to ensure that the email addresses are functioning well.
Tips: Administrators can assign business email addresses to selected members to test out the function.
Note: Members can only use Lark Mail and continue with the steps below after they're assigned with Lark emails, and have restarted Lark.
