How can I view meeting recordings in the Meetings tab interface?
Click the Meetings icon on the left-side navigation bar of Lark. On the right side of the Meetings tab interface, all meeting recordings are displayed in chronological order, from most to least recent.
Click the recording of an ended meeting to display its details and content. If it was recorded, click the file under Recording to get the link to the recording file. While the meeting organizer has permission to view the recording by default, other users need to request permission.
Note: In addition to obtaining the recording file link on the meeting details page, the meeting assistant will automatically share the generated link to the meeting organizer.
How can I view content shared in a meeting in the Meetings tab interface?
If content is shared during a meeting, click the ended meeting record to open the meeting details page. Then, click a file or link under Related links to access the shared content. Any participants with viewing permissions can view shared content. Other users will need to request permission.
