Allowlist blocks spam and enhances cybersecurity for your organization by letting your team members receive emails only from selected domains and email addresses.
Add domains or email addresses to an allowlist
- 1.In Lark Admin, click Mail > Security > Email Allowlist. To add domains, click Add to the right of Allowed domains. To add email addresses, click Add to the right of Allowed email addresses.
- 2.Enter domains or email addresses in the pop-up box, separate multiple items using semicolons or commas, and click Add.
- 3.If the domain or email address added is invalid, an error prompt will appear. You can edit the domain name or email address before trying again.
Note: If a domain or email address is already in the Blocklist, remove it from the Blocklist first before adding it to the Allowlist.
Delete domains or email addresses from Allowlist
In Email Allowlist, click the Bin icon to the right of a domain name or email address to remove it from Allowlist.
