Administrators can export meeting rooms data in Admin to review usage and room reservation statistics. Exportable data includes meeting room ID and name, capacity, status, who made a reservation, the number of invited participants, meeting name, and time.
- 1.Select the scope of export data
Administrators can select the scope of the meeting room data to be exported according to company, country, city, building, floor, and other criteria. For example, the administrator can select United Kingdom from the meeting room management list, click on the Export button on the right side of the page, and enter the verification code to confirm their identity.
The administrator can select Basic data to export meeting room ID, building name, floor, meeting room name, capacity, status, country/region, city, and additional notes to an Excel file.
- 3.Export reservation data
Select Reservations to export.
Set the start time for the data to export. The earliest start time or end time can be 3 months before or after the current date. The administrator can select the scope of the meeting room data to be exported quickly by using the Past 7 days, Next 7 days, and other options.
If the meeting topics also need to be exported, you can select the Include meeting topics option.
Then click Export to export the data to an Excel file. Reservation information includes meeting room name, meeting topics, who made the reservation and their department, number of invited participants and attendees, meeting start and end time, meeting duration, and reservation status.
