Administrators can enable the QR code check-in feature and print out the QR code for each meeting room, allowing members to scan it within the time limit to check in, or else the room will be released. Members can also scan the QR to instantly reserve available meeting rooms.
In order to save hardware costs on meeting room check-in, administrators can enable the QR code check-in feature for meeting rooms. Then the administrator can print out the QR code and post it up on the meeting room door.
Members can then scan the QR code to check in. If members fail to scan and check in within a certain period of time, the meeting room will be released. Members can also instantly check when the meeting room is available by scanning the QR code and are able to reserve it quickly.
Note: The QR code check-in feature for meeting rooms and the meeting room reclaiming feature can't be enabled at the same time. If QR code check-in is required, please keep the reclaiming feature disabled.
- 1.Select the meeting room to configure
Method 1: Set a single meeting room. Go to the meeting room settings in the admin console. Find the meeting room you want to configure, click the ⋮ icon on the right of the meeting room name, and select View details to enter the meeting room settings page.
Method 2: Set meeting rooms in batches. Administrators can set this feature in batches by company, country, city, building, floor, etc.
For example: To configure all meeting rooms in Beijing, administrators can select Beijing from the meeting room management list, and click Settings to access the meeting room settings page.
- 2.Set meeting room check-in
On the Basic Info page, click Meeting room check-in and reclaiming on the left, and enable the Meeting room check-in toggle switch. Administrators can set the start and end times for check-in.

Administrators can generate a preview image of the QR code and download it on the Check-in QR code page, which can then be posted on the meeting room door.
- 4.Activate QR code and complete deployment
The administrator needs to first activate the QR code via the following methods:
Method 1: Activate with access code. On the Check-in QR code page, click Deployment permissions on the left, and click Generate access code in the Access code area. After selecting the period of validity, the access code for the selected meeting room can be generated.
The administrator can share this access code to employees, and non-employees such as real estate and building staff. They can use
Method 2: Activate via a designated deployment member. The administrator can also complete the QR code activation process via a designated IT specialist. Go to Check-in QR code > Deployment permissions > IT specialist, and click Add IT specialist.
Enter the specialist's name, email address, or phone number in the pop-up window, select the member, and click Confirm. The added member will need to use

Members can check in by scanning the QR code. If they fail to check in within the time limit, the meeting room will be released. Members can also scan the QR code to instantly check when the meeting room is available and reserve it.
Can I enable both the QR code check-in and reclaiming features?
No. The QR code check-in and reclaiming features can't be enabled at the same time. When the QR code check-in feature is enabled, the reclaiming feature is disabled by default. If you want to enable the reclaiming feature, please disable the QR code check-in feature first.
