You can use the Send Separately function to send private emails to different recipients. Each recipient will receive an email separately. This is useful when you need to send an email to many recipients, but you don't want them to see each other's email addresses.
- 1.Go to Email, and click New email > Send Separately.
- 2.Enter all recipients and click Send. Each recipient will receive an email separately.
- 3.Separately-sent emails and their recipients can be viewed in Sent. Recipients will receive emails separately.
How many recipients can I add?
You can add a maximum of 500 email addresses. Public mailboxes, mailing lists, and chats count as 1 email address.
What's the difference between Send Separately and CC/BCC?
CC: When sending an email to contacts other than the recipient, the recipient and CC'ed contacts can see each other's email addresses.
BCC: When sending an email to contacts other than the recipient, the recipient can't see BCC'ed contacts, and BCC'ed contacts can't see each other's email addresses.
Send Separately: When sending an email to many recipients, the recipients will receive the email separately, and can't see other recipients.
