You can schedule a meeting and view ongoing or upcoming meetings via Meetings' navigation bar. Once you've scheduled a meeting, simply copy the meeting ID to invite others to join. With the meeting ID, you can also join an ongoing meeting or start a meeting anytime.
In the Lark app, click the Meetings icon from the navigation bar on the left to enter Meetings navigation bar interface.
Note: Unlike creating a meeting without adding participants, where a link won't be automatically generated, when you schedule a meeting via Meetings navigation bar interface, a meeting ID and link will be generated even without adding any participants.
Once you've successfully scheduled a meeting, a Scheduled successfully toast will appear. The newly scheduled meetings will also appear in the upcoming meetings list.
Note: Upcoming meetings include meetings, which the user is either the organizer or a participant who has been invited to meetings that have not been declined, or that have not started or ended yet.
When there are more than three meetings scheduled, click View in Calendar from the pop-up window or click View all on the right side of the upcoming meetings list. You will then be redirected to your Calendar where you can view all scheduled meetings.
Copy the meeting ID from the upcoming meetings list to easily invite other participants.
Click an upcoming meeting to view its details. Click Edit an event icon in the top right corner to modify meeting details. Participants can choose to accept or decline the meeting.
- 3.Start and join a meeting
Click Start on the right to quickly start any scheduled meetings.
Once a meeting has started, it will appear in the ongoing meetings list. Click Join to immediately join any ongoing meetings.
What if I missed a meeting or a call?
In Meetings navigation bar interface, missed meetings or calls are shown in red.
- •If the meeting is in progress, go to the record for missed meetings in the ongoing meetings list, and click Join.
- •If the meeting has ended, click the record for missed meetings in the history. There, you can view who has called and click Send message, Voice call, or Video call icon on the contact card to reply with a message or call back.
How to view meeting recordings?
In Meetings navigation bar interface, click recordings that have been marked with the Minutes icon in the history. In the meeting details page that appears on the right, you will find the link to recordings.
