To better meet the needs of company internal communications, the account system of Subscriptions has been comprehensively upgraded. After upgrading, there will be 2 types of accounts: Broadcasters and Subscriptions.
Can be used by companies and organizations to send out important notifications. These messages will be pushed directly to user's Lark message list, so users can receive and check these messages more easily.
Can be used by organizations and individuals to publish and share content. Messages will be pushed to the Subscriptions app, and users can view the content by clicking on them in the app.
Pushed content appears in the Lark message list. It's easier for users to spot who is sending the message, as well as where to access the content, making it a great fit as a reminder.
Pushed content is sent to the Subscriptions app. This is less disruptive to users and thus the reach of messages is more friendly. The signal to noise ratio is also higher.
